Bill Gibson received Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from the University of Oregon and a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School. He has practiced law in the Portland, Oregon area since 1980 and has concentrated his practice on mediation and arbitration since 2000. He is a private pilot and enjoys leading delegations of lawyers to such places as China and India. He has studied Mandarin Chinese for ten years.
